Our admin staff, instructional designers, and course presenters work together to build learning experiences that are clear, useful, and actually enjoyable. From planning and logistics to content and design, this team keeps everything running and makes sure each course hits the mark. Here’s who they are and what they do.
Our Project Leader & Course Presenter

Micha Klopper
Micha Klopper, an attorney since 1998, successfully managed her legal practice from 1999. In January 2015, Micha joined GoodX Software.
Micha currently holds two positions. As the team leader of the Legal & Compliance Department, she oversees legal and HR matters and ISO compliance. Additionally, Micha is the project leader of the Learning & Development Department under the trading name GoodX Online Short Courses, where she also serves as the Subject Matter Expert in medico-legal and practice management courses.
Drawing on her extensive background as a lawyer and business owner, Micha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Her passion lies in developing training programs and materials tailored for practitioners and supporting staff in healthcare practices and businesses. She presents as a guest speaker at conferences and continuing professional development (CPD) events.

Our Course Presenters

Sarie Luüs
Sarie began her career in auditing and accounting, gaining strong skills in business process design and financial management. She later managed a 24/7 trauma clinic, where she also completed medical and counselling courses that enhanced her communication and stock management expertise. With three years of education studies, she learned how to develop effective training materials and teach students. From 2013, Sarie has worked at GoodX, supporting a wide range of healthcare disciplines and practice types. She currently works as stock manager for a hospital group. Her diverse background allows her to solve problems and implement business processes tailored to the unique needs of medical practices.

Prof Magda Slabbert
Prof Slabbert is a full professor at the University of South Africa. She has been teaching professional ethics for the past 16 years. She is an advocate of the High Court of South Africa and an accredited mediator. She is a founder member of SATiBA (South African Tissue Bank Association) and has been the chairperson of SAMLA (South African Medico-legal Association) for three years. She has taught medical law for the Law Society for the past eight years. She is also an elected trustee of the Bestmed Medical Aid Scheme. She has published numerous articles in accredited law journals in medical law.

Charissa Bloomberg
Radio & TV Celebrity Psychologist, Charissa Bloomberg is a renowned Integrity Leadership specialist, mental Health practitioner, accredited emotional intelligence facilitator, thought leader and international speaker. She brings over 25 years of extensive international experience in motivational speaking, corporate consulting, coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation in all areas relating to organisational behaviour, leadership and team analysis.

Michelle Robbetze
Michelle Robbertse is an Occupational Therapist specialising in orthopaedic hand therapy, medico-legal assessments, and functional capacity evaluations. She has extensive experience addressing children's and adults' learning difficulties and sensory processing issues. Michelle excels in facilitating information sessions for educators and parents on managing sensory processing challenges.
Michelle emphasises the importance of understanding and supporting sensory sensitivities in various settings, advocating for harmonious environments at work and home. She offers coaching to healthcare professionals to identify and manage their sensory sensitivities, optimising their surroundings and routines to reduce stress and fatigue.
