    3. The Accreditation Body. We may disclose your personal information to the accreditation body for purposes of reporting completed CPD courses.

    4. No selling. We will not sell personal information. No personal information will be disclosed to anyone except as provided in this privacy policy.

    5. Marketing purposes. We may disclose aggregate statistics (information about the customer population in general terms) about the personal information to advertisers or business partners.

    6. Employees. We may need to disclose personal information to our employees that require the personal information to do their jobs.     3. If you are a data subject of one of our clients (who is the operator), then you must submit your request to the relevant operator who will then processes your request for deletion of your personal information.

  14. Restriction of processing. You may request that we restrict the use of your personal information. When we restrict your personal information we still have the right to store it but not use it. You can ask that we do this verbally or in writing. We will respond to the request within 30 days.

  15. Information breaches. We will notify our clients of any confirmed information breaches that have occurred.

  16. Limitation. We are not responsible for, give no warranties, nor make any representations in respect of the privacy policies or practices of linked or any third-party websites.
