The Career Academy serves two purposes:

1. The Supporting Health Workers Academy

This curriculum is designed to equip aspiring healthcare support staff with the essential skills required for employment in healthcare practices. It is highly recommended during staff onboarding as part of the induction training.

Learners can access the Supporting Health Workers Curriculum at no cost and work through a structured pathway to complete free and affordable courses, helping them develop the competencies required to excel as office staff in the healthcare sector.

The Supporting Health Workers Academy consists of 3 Phases:
  1. Phase 1: The Career Academy Curriculum.
  2. Phase 2: Application for Job Shadowing in a healthcare practice.
  3. Phase 3: Application to be placed on the GoodX Career Academy Talent Bank.

2. The Professional Health Workers Academy

The curriculum is being developed to equip professional health workers with the essential skills necessary to manage a healthcare practice and its associated compliance needs. It will become available by the end of the year.
