Sarie began her career in auditing and accounting, gaining strong skills in business process design and financial management. She later managed a 24/7 trauma clinic, where she also completed medical and counselling courses that enhanced her communication and stock management expertise. With three years of education studies, she learned how to develop effective training materials and teach students. From 2013, Sarie has worked at GoodX, supporting a wide range of healthcare disciplines and practice types. She currently works as stock manager for a hospital group. Her diverse background allows her to solve problems and implement business processes tailored to the unique needs of medical practices.

Prof Slabbert is a full professor at the University of South Africa. She has been teaching professional ethics for the past 16 years. She is an advocate of the High Court of South Africa and an accredited mediator. She is a founder member of SATiBA (South African Tissue Bank Association) and has been the chairperson of SAMLA (South African Medico-legal Association) for three years. She has taught medical law for the Law Society for the past eight years. She is also an elected trustee of the Bestmed Medical Aid Scheme. She has published numerous articles in accredited law journals in medical law.

Michelle Robbertse is an Occupational Therapist specialising in orthopaedic hand therapy, medico-legal assessments, and functional capacity evaluations. She has extensive experience addressing children's and adults' learning difficulties and sensory processing issues. Michelle excels in facilitating information sessions for educators and parents on managing sensory processing challenges. Michelle emphasises the importance of understanding and supporting sensory sensitivities in various settings, advocating for harmonious environments at work and home. She offers coaching to healthcare professionals to identify and manage their sensory sensitivities, optimising their surroundings and routines to reduce stress and fatigue.

She brings over 25 years of extensive international experience in motivational speaking, corporate consulting, coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation in all areas relating to organisational behaviour, leadership and team analysis.
